Recycled Homes is a real estate investment company focused on buying, renovating, reselling and in-fill development throughout Colorado. We have been in business since 2007 as we first got our start buying, renovating and reselling properties in NW Florida. Once the market went into a tailspin we moved our operations to Denver, CO where we began buying properties in early 2008. Since then we have bought, renovated and resold hundreds of homes throughout Colorado. We focus primarily on single family residence renovations, and in-fill development within the Metro area.

We are committed to providing a high quality product and craftsmanship with above average finishes. Our properties generally sell quickly towards the top end of the market.

Our vision is to give our customers/buyers a high quality product with high attention to detail by incorporating and "recycling" the old house within the new design. We work very closely with designers and architects to assure our product fits the market and style of the neighborhood. When possible we incorporate "green features" into the home such as high efficiency systems and appliances, low e glass, higher R value insulation, high efficiency toilets and fixtures, & tankless water heaters.
